TRAINING FOR LEADERS working with people

Training for Group Leaders for example in The National Health Service, Charitable clubs, Residential homes:

I can deliver training and follow-on support for Tai Chi related exercise that leaders can then present to their group. My previous experience as a Social Worker gives insight into different stages of life. 30 years of Tai Chi experience, enables the understanding of principles to present movements that enhance life both physically and mentally. Each unique group will be treated as such. Leaders understand the requirements of their group and I can develop a system to suit, be it for seated or standing members. Participants can benefit from improved circulation, better balance and general wellbeing. Contact Annie to arrange a plan for your group leaders.

Since Spring 2009 there have been several courses at Badgeworth Arena in Somerset. However no further courses are being considered at present.

'Horse and Rider' Magazine published 4 page articles in both October and November '09 issues of the magazine. 'Your Horse' have also featured the courses more recently. Participants feedback that the course is a great help with their riding enjoyment. The next course date tba, so get in touch for details.

Autumn 2010 saw us at Stoneleigh giving presentations for 'Your Horse, Live Event' in the 'Improve your Riding Zone' and Spring 2011, workshops for the BHS as part of CPD for Riding Instructors.

There are also courses in Monmouthshire. Get in touch for details.

All of these courses are in collaberation with Sally Tottle of Bodysenseuk. Tai Chi principles applied to riding, work wonders in improving connection with the horse through deeper personal connectedness of the rider. When at Badgeworth, Sally works with you on the 'mechanical horse' and riding in the arena in the afternoon to test the principles in action with close guidance. These enjoyable and informative courses open up new riding possibilities. Contact Annie for more details or to reserve a place.
